In the session Coordinating On-Site Logistics for MEP Skids & Prefabricated Systems to Enable Scalable Data Center Installation, Roger will discuss best practices for coordinating the delivery and installation of MEP skids, prefabricated systems, and rack-level infrastructure, managing sequencing and site access in space-constrained data halls, improving communication between owners, general contractors, and suppliers, and maintaining installation flow across multiple vendors and prefabrication models.
