Robert Hibbard is a program director with Black & Veatch focused on delivering complex infrastructure and mission-critical projects, including hyperscale data center programs. Based in Oklahoma, he works with owners and contractors to execute large engineering and construction programmes, emphasizing schedule certainty, stakeholder coordination and scalable delivery.
