Jim Naples is a geotechnical construction professional with MENARD USA, supporting ground-improvement projects and client relationships across the US Midwest. Jim has worked with MENARD since 2014, progressing through field-engineering, estimating, and management roles and leading preconstruction, estimating, business development and regional client engagement across Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. In his current role as Regional Manager with MENARD’s Cleveland region, he has helped consultants and construction managers plan and implement design-build ground improvement solutions for commercial developments, including data center campuses.
