- Identifying opportunities for earlier coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and long-term operations to reduce interface risk, minimize project delays and improve schedule certainty for complex projects
- Understanding when and how to integrate energy storage into project planning to align system design with civil works, electrical infrastructure, logistics, permitting, commissioning and utility requirements rather than treating storage as a late-stage equipment decision
