Tiago Pina is an Area Construction Manager at Meta, where he supports the delivery of large-scale data centre construction programmes. In the workshop Sustaining High-Performing Teams & Partnerships to Successfully Deliver Mega Projects With a 1000+ Workforce, Tiago will examine how project leaders can establish clear expectations, improve decision-making and maintain workforce engagement across multi-year developments. He will also work through practical scenarios involving communication failures, delivery pressure and stakeholder misalignment.
